...that's how everything began... It's said that a castle may have been located in this peaceful and sunny location already in the Middle Ages, in the heart of an incredibly beautiful scenic wonderland. The rocks to build that castle were brought from far away and with great difficulty but, for reasons that are still unknown, the construction was never completed. Many years later - in 1963 to be exact - Paul Goller decided to build a small family-run pension in this beautiful location, and he called it "Tianeshof ". Soon, the home had to enlarged to accommodate the growing number of guests and he added an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium and whirlpool. ...and that's how continued... However, the "Tianeshof " acquired its final and distinctive appearance in 1988, when management was taken over by Konrad, the founder'son , and his family: his parents' pension was soon converted into a beautiful Hotel offering all possible comforts. "Hotel Tianes", just like its owner, is famous even outside of South Tyrol. And now sincere welcome to all our guest: the doors of the "Tianes Hof" are always open !
